My guess is that this is due to a very old .RData, as .Dyn.libs
disappeared a couple of years ago, I believe. In any case,
.GlobalEnv etc are in a .RData of recent provenance.
General warning: do not expect .RData files from alpha or beta versions
of R to work without some cleaning.
