wxruby users - Aug 2003 - Proposal for README files

I think it would be a good idea if we took a cue from Gour''s subject
line
for his mingw32 readme file and actually have separate readme files for each
platform (leaving the main README for general info that is common to all
platforms). Something like this:

  README
  README.linux
  README.debian
  README.mingw32
  README.mswin
  README.osx

This will make it easy for people to find exactly what they need without
having to wade through a bunch of stuff they don''t care about. What do
you
think?
