It''s amazing what the "compress" check box will do.
I would be interested in feedback on the wxruby Macintosh build. The
things I plan to work on for 0.3 are
1) Moving to a framework or anything that will allow support of the
wxMac resources (fixing the menubar problem).
2) Improved documentation for the Mac (on how to bundle an app, getting
started, etc).
Things I am curious about are:
1) Support for wxCocoa. I haven''t seen a release for wxCocoa but it has
made a lot of improvements. Has anyone tried building wxruby against
wxCocoa?
2) Getting started - any trouble? I tried to make the 0.2 release as
unix-esque (no more ScrUI, command line friendly) as possible, but the
menubar problem is a pain. Any other issues?
3) I made a sample application bundle for the 0.2 release, but I took it
out when my disk image was 15 Mb (once again, the compress check box
eludes me). I might post it on my website with some documentation on the
wiki. Would anybody be interested?
Thats all from the Mac front.
