Secure testing team - Apr 2011 - update to embedded-code-copies: doxygen embeds a copy of jquery

I''ve just spotted that doxygen includes a copy of jquery in its binary,
which is included in the documentation it generates. The copy it embeds in
the binary is generated from a copy shipped with the source package, rather
than using the packaged version in libjs-jquery.
