Secure testing team - Jan 2011 - Embedded code in prospective package (Code::Blocks)

Hello,
I''m working on the codeblocks package, ITP #304570.
However, it embeds some external sources, which in some cases were modified
to suit C::B''s needs.

Here''s the list, in the format described in embedded-code-copies.

tinyxml:
 - codeblocks <itp> (partial embed)

mozilla_chardet:
 - codeblocks <itp> (embed)

squirrel (a scripting language, not in Debian):
 - codeblocks <itp> (embed)

astyle:
 - codeblocks <itp> (embed)

depslib (part of the "Perforce Jam" buildsystem):
 - codeblocks <itp> (embed)

scintilla:
 - codeblocks <itp> (fork)

wxscintilla:
 - codeblocks <itp> (fork)


Would it be ok to upload it to NEW with the above?
All the embedded code is part of various plugins, and they need to be
compiled at the same time.
