Secure testing team - Jul 2008 - New newsx packages fix buffer overflow

Hi

Please unblock the newsx package and check its migration to testing in two 
days.
It fixes a buffer overflow (CVE-2008-3252) and the patch is minimal.
There shouldn''t be anything holding it back, so I''d rather let
it migrate in
two days straight away, than prepare a DTSA.
