The kernel won't build if patched with pom-ng/ROUTE and the ROUTE target
enabled (ipv4 or ipv6).
The problem comes from changes to the kernel sk_buff struct [1], which has been
released with version 2.6.31.

There is zero need for ipt_ROUTE. Use iproute2.

patch-o-matic's extensions are also long obsolete.
