[Bug 537] New: We found an error if someone try to use "connlimit" match.
https://bugzilla.netfilter.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=537 Summary: We found an error if someone try to use "connlimit" match. Product: iptables Version: unspecified Platform: All OS/Version: Fedora Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: iptables AssignedTo: laforge@netfilter.org ReportedBy: AnnoDomi@interia.pl First of all: In kernel 2.6.15 with patch-o-matic-ng-20050914 this match is working properly Second: In the previous version of IPTABLES (1.3.5) when anyone tried to use connlimit match it was ended with numerical error (kernel 2.6.17) Third: In 1.3.6 version ther is no any error, but when we want to use this match, iptables reporting "iptables: No chain/target/match by that name". (kernel 2.6.17 and 2.6.18) Moreover, when we want to use the latest patch-o-matic snapshot (patch-o-matic- ng-20061024) there is no connlimit match inside in the base. If we want to use older wersion of patch-o-matic snapshot and testing applying of "connlimit" match (i.e. patch-o-matic-ng-20050914) the error occurs: "unable to find ladd slot in src /tmp/pom- 5005/net/ipv4/netfilter/Makefile (./patchlets/connlimit/linux- 2.6.11/./net/ipv4/netfilter/Makefile.ladd)". So, where can we find and compile in the new 2.6.18 kernel and 1.3.6 iptables such match as connlimit?? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.netfilter.org/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee.
