Summary: StyledTextEvent does not inherit from Wx::Event

Initial Comment:
Wx::StyledTextEvent does not inherit from Wx::Event; this is probably because
it''s bundled up inside swig/classes/include/wxStyledTextCtrl. Should
probably be fixed by giving it it''s own .h and .i file.
