win32utils devel - Aug 2004 - New mailing list - win32utils-cvschanges

Hi all,

This is just to let you know that I''ve created a new
mailing list - win32utils-cvschanges@rubyforge.org.

This is strictly for those folks who want to monitor
cvs changes because they want up to the minute changes
:)

I''ve tested it out and it seems to work ok.
