Does this setup work with the proprietary driver ? For some reason Xorg.log is saying that you have 2 monitors connected to your laptop, apart from the LVDS AFAIK nouveau/nvidia cannot control more than two outputs, thus can you try only one at a time ? The led turns blue, as if it just received signal, but it stays black.
