Rubyinstaller announce - Feb 2007 - One-Click Ruby Installer 1.8.5-23 released

Last week''s release of 1.8.5-22 was missing the
readline package (which gives you history and tab
completion in irb), plus a new version of FXRuby was
released just days after 1.8.5-22. So, this release
fixes those two problems and upgrades SciTE to
version 1.72.
