freebsd stable - Apr 2006 - CPUTYPE for FreeBSD AMD64 running on a Pentium D

Hi,

I have FreeBSD AMD64 running on a Pentium D and I would like to know 
what should I use for the CPUTYPE variable of make.conf.

AFAIK, it is not necessary to set CPUTYPE in make.conf. My amd64 box is
running just fine without it.

If you make a custom kernel, see /usr/src/sys/amd64/conf/GENERIC for the
correct machine and CPU.

I used "nocona" without any problems, but im not 100% sure if this is 
correct.
