Instiki users - Apr 2006 - [Instiki] Win Server 2003

I installed the latest Ruby 184 and unzipped Instiki to its own folder.

 

Next I double clicked instiki.cmd.

 

The DOS window came up and the first statement which includes  the word
production and then the window closed.

 

Is there a problem running this on WinServer 2003?

 

Or is there a step that I missed?

I am running on Win 2003 server with no problems.
