Can anyone see any problem is doing this ? i.e. creating a vlan interface which doesnt correspond to any physical interface, just as a place to hang IP addresses. I am trying to work around a problem with carp and ndp when there are multiple IPv6 addresses bound to it. cheers, -pete.
