freebsd stable - Sep 2009 - zfs(v13)+nfs and open(..., O_WRONLY|O_CREAT|O_EXCL, ...) returns io error

this was fixed back in June, but now, it cropped up under 8BETA/32 bits,
the 64 bit is ok.
