freebsd stable - Sep 2006 - FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE ->FreeBSD 6.1-Stable

Now i am using FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE. Now want to upgrade to FreeBSD
6.1-Stable. What is the easy process ?

the cvsup part looks ok but for the actual build then read
/usr/src/Makefile
for the recommended procedure.
