Puppet users - Apr 2007 - upgrade to .22.3 and got errors on packages (debian sarge)

I just upgraded to .22.3 from .22.1 and now i got several error 
messages. I havent found why i got them. Nothing has changed but still 
there is error and i cannot correct them:

i run debug:

any ideas about the issue ? it seems it try to install it at every run 
no ? (/usr/bin/aptitude -y -o DPkg::Options::=--force-confold install 
lsb-release) ?

Try running puppet with LANG=en_US -- I suspect that this is causing
problems:
