i made it,
i set this options to the boot:
set hw.pci.enable_io_modes=0
set hw.ata.atapi_dma=0
and it work ok..
thats not so hard to install the freebsd : )

I think
You are some problems with your CD-Rom reader,
Sometime CD Reader is not working well with CD-R or other burned CD's
very frequent for me,
hardware is not error free, :-)
