The Ruby license has changed in 1.9.3 from Ruby + GPL to Ruby + 3 clause BSD. The files in the project all say you can redistribute under the terms of Ruby itself, which now causes a little confusion. My proposal is that the icalendar.rb is clarified to be the new terms of licensing on Ruby, and that it will continue to follow on with Ruby licensing in the future. If there are any objections or thoughts to this approach, please speak up. It''s not extremely urgent, but I did get an email asking about it, so wanted a real answer. If you''ve ever provided code to the project, your voice here is important, and if you have objections to this please let me know.
