I assume (it has always been this way, as far as I know) that its too
much effort to calculate the subnet, so its just easier to just list the
interface the request came in on. (Its like that all over nmbd - see
the rest of the logs).
Also note if you get crazy names being looked up its probably just Win9X
doing WINS before DNS in its 'gethostbyname' (or equiv.).
