Compile problems with samba 2.2.0alpha2 on Solaris 2.6
Hi, I am having trouble compiling the latest alpha snapshot on Solaris 2.6. I get the following error: Using LIBS = -lsec -lgen -lsocket -lnsl -ldl Linking bin/smbd Undefined first referenced symbol in file inet_aton smbd/password.o ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to bin/smbd collect2: ld returned 1 exit status *** Error code 1 make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `bin/smbd' I cannot find any man page about inet_aton on Solaris, but I found one on Linux, but that does not help as the function is not included in the three header files mentioned on the linux man page. What is going wrong here? Thanx for help, Christopher -- ===================================================== Dipl.-Ing.
