Samba 2.0.7-pre4 error in nmbd

Hello,

I don't know what the problem is but when I try to set my NT workstation
to use my Samba server (Solaris2.7) as a PDC, the nmbd process dies with
the following entries added to log.nmb:

A coredump was not created. This is a recurring problem: each time I
attempt to set my domain this happens and NT says 'a domain controller
could not be contacted for your domain'. According to sys.h, signal 11 is 
a segmentation violation.

The exact same setup using 2.0.6 does not give this fault.

Sorry I can't give any more information.

Samba 2.0.7-pre4 error in nmbd

Hi,

we have the same problem with 2.0.7pre4 running under Digital Unix 4.0e 
(Tru64 UNIX). In the logs we get the following errors (replaced IP 
addres with fake ones):

were X.Y.Z.W machine is a Windows 2000 Professional. I only did a "net 
use" from the professional machine to access a share in the MASTER 
machine.

Any idea about what's happening?

PS: I got the same problem in a 'slave' machine in the same samba 
domain (the problem was that the a Windows machine had an incorrect IP 
address for the WINS server). But, why this cause a PANIC? The logs are:
