samba - Mar 1999 - Samba 1.9.17p2/Solaris 2.5.1

Hi Samba pros,

This's my first question reg. installing samba on Solaris.  

Q1.  After pkgadd samba, do I need run the Makefile for Solaris?

Hi Samba pros,

In test case #8 of Diagnosing your samba server, I can not get the "net
view
\\server" command to
work.  The error I got was: System error 53 has occured, The network path was
not found.
I run this command(dos) on a WINNT 4.0 wrkstation.

Please advise...
