cifsntdomain.txt is currently being updated almost daily.  the current
version includes a section which Paul Ashton <paul@argo.demon.co.uk> has
identified as being necessary to provide access to shares, once you have
working domain logons.  these are the "Net Share Enum" and "Net
Server Get
Info" parts of the "srvsvc" MSRPC pipe.
