libvirt users - Sep 2010 - libvirt and virsh-mgr on guest VM

Is it possible to run virsh-mgr (or such libvirt client tools) on guest VM for
managing and monitoring other VMs on host ?
?
Any pointers/caveats/docs is appreciated !

  if the host is available via TCP/IP from the guest, yes, just use
a remote URI pointing to the host:
   http://libvirt.org/remote.html#Remote_URI_reference
