Libguestfs - Aug 2009 - [PATCH] build: generate some just-removed files in po/

My change that removed most of po/*
should have included this patch to generate two required files.
Without this change, "make -C po" fails like this:

    make: Entering directory `/o/libguestfs/po'
    make: *** No rule to make target `/config.status', needed by
`Makefile'.  Stop.
    ...

Once you've pulled this change, you will need to
run ./bootstrap manually to make it take effect.
