wine users - Jul 2009 - Open a PDF from a windows app

I am running a windows app supplied by a customer that tries to open a PDF file.
Wine gives this error:

fixme:exec:OpenAs_RunDLLW 0x103d0, 0x7eff0000,
L"C:\\windows\\temp\\VMI_119409322.pdf", 1

I am running a wine binary from Centos 5. 1.0.1-1
