wine users - Jun 2008 - German photo book applications?

Hi all,

my girlfriend wants to create a photo book, thus I need to find software
that works well with Wine (I will take any app that runs under Linux, of
course. So if you know of a well-working Qt, Java, whatever app, do tell
me). Also, shipping the finished book to Germany must not be a
problem. She would prefer a German application, but will gladly try
any English ones, as well.

I had hoped that the 1.0 release would make at least one application
work, but I could not find any.

Hi Richard,

I had good results with http://www.fotokasten.de/
You can create photo books online without downloading any software, which worked
great for me using Ubuntu. Of course you can also download & install their
software (windows / mac only), but I haven't tried it yet with wine.

Please report your experience if you install it with wine.
