Do you think I should send a bug report against grub for the ordering?
I'll send a mail to the maintainers immediately anyway...

While I think about it...

xen-qemu-dm-4.0 should be set as a dependency of
xen-linux-system-2.6.32-5-xen-amd64 as well, because that's another
change of behavior. Or at least, something should be done so that it's
pulled automatically.
