The supplied logcheck filter already includes a line that says
^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ dhcpd: Wrote 0 class decls to leases file.

Could we have another line in there for groups (instead of classes)?

^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ dhcpd: Wrote 0 group decls to leases file.

Note: Failing this, I'll try to get #156108 resolved ...

It does?  I can't find any trace of this in logcheck-database; are you
sure this is not a local addition?
