Nut upsdev - Apr 2008 - Commit failure

What is going on here? I'm trying to commit a change, but it 
(repeatedly) fails, so apparently there is something wrong:

I have no idea what is wrong and therefor, no idea what can be done to 
fix this. Anyone?

PS  Basically, I'm trying to backport r1466 to Testing.

I haven't run across this before, but SVN keeps checksums of working
copy files in the .svn directory, and it looks like something changed
unexpectedly. Is there a chance that the .svn directory got copied
from elsewhere?
