asterisk users - Jan 2011 - Dialplan to bridge 2 legs?

Is it possible to have a call file enter the dialplan, and then initiate 2
outbound calls and then bridge them?

A call file can specify a channel and a context/exten/priority.

In the context/exten/priority, dial your second number.

I need to do some stuff in the dialplan BEFORE either leg of the call is
started...
