asterisk users - Jun 2010 - VAD and cRTP, any thing else?

Hi All;

To resist the problems that occure because of the poor internet bandwidth, I got
to know that cRTP and VAD are helping to use less bandwidth.

I believe crtp is only for point to point links as it compresses the header
and there would be no way to route the packets over the Internet after being
compressed, so there is no way to do that in *.
