You will see how to configure the phones. They work great for simple
handsets.
You will also see the information about the firmware:
"Firmware and other software can be found at:
http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/sw-voice.shtml if you have a Cisco
CCO login. Otherwise you need to buy a service contract, $8-15 a year."
