Just a guess. Will go over the logs this evening with a fine tooth comb. It is a basic install, nothing fancy, though I wonder if it is down to the hardware I am using; Intel Atom Mini-ITX. It happened over and over and I decided to just remove it. Any particular reason why you need to use mpg123 ?
If you use Iphones to call in, the regular MOH application renders sporatically.
