asterisk users - Feb 2009 - problem with nortel 2002 disconecting

We have 40 nortel ip2002 phones connected to asterisk 1.6, the problem I have is
that the phone looses the connections with the server and then drops calls, we
can reconnect but  the customers don't like it.

Anyone has the same problem?
