Hi All
I am trying to implement Inbound call Barging using ChanSpy &
ExtenSpy.Actual requirement is i want to spy or barge Inbound calls received
by specfic group or queue.
For that i use Set(SPYGROUP) concept but as its inbound calls it playing
Inbound channel(whcih is 1st 3 digit of inbound provider ip address) when no
calls in that queue.
lets say no call currently in queue then during call barging of such
inbound q call i can here 207 which is start of ip address of Inbound
provider. & i want to avoid that.
So, plz help me with needful config that i can use.
Current config as follows---
[inbound context]
exten => 1,4,Set(SPYGROUP=techsupport)
exten => 1,5,Queue(tech_support|t|||120)
[call barg context]
exten => _555,1,Authenticate(123)
exten => _555,n,chanSpy(|g(techsupport)bv(4))---> same with
extenspy cmd
