Asking again won't get you better answer. This is a great place to ask at some CentOS forums / lists / newsgroups. A keyword you're missing is "kickstart". kickstart should in theory allow you to automate this and more. The actual implementatoin is a very interesting question but mostly unrelated to Asterisk, as most of the problem domain is related to software installation.
