asterisk users - Feb 2007 - dialing out with TDM2402E card other system not grabbing DTMF digits

Hi All,

I have a TDM2402E normally works great.
Calling this one company the DTMF digits do not work
accessing their auto attendant.

Is there something to treak or play with for that?
Perhaps need to make the DTMF times longer?
Anything?
