asterisk users - Nov 2006 - Dial() cmd seams unable to detect caller hangup

Dial()  cmd seams unable to detect caller hangup? 

so if  the call file land in a exten, for example:

[callfile-landing]
exten=>1,1,dial(SIP/XXX)
exten=>1,n,hangup

when caller after conversation and hangup, the dial cmd is unable to detect that
and it will ring the caller and called party 2 times till it will give up.

anyone know a fix to it?
