asterisk users - Jun 2006 - Any one with sending and receiving Sucessfull SMS PTSN Portugal?

I'm planning to develop a solution with SMS using Asterisk within
Portuguese PSTN landline.

Any one has made it before?

I'm looking for Telco's and details using Portugal Telecom landline.
