asterisk users - Jun 2006 - planet VIP 152 T

Hello to all
Im testing a Planet 152 T phone and Im having some problems.
Can someone tell me if this phone does URI dialing?

And does it work behind NAT (does it need any special configuration on 
the SIP server)?
