asterisk users - Feb 2006 - chanspy instability

Hi,

I had 3 users spying on a call from the queue.
On the exact time that the 4th user called the ChanSpy extension, Asterisk went
down!

Is there something wrong with ChanSpy???

I too have noticed this but received no solution =\  I was running 1.2.0
