asterisk users - Feb 2006 - asterisk-1.2.4 + asterisk-addons-1.2.1 for mysql realtime

hi

i am using asterisk-1.2.4 + asterisk-addons-1.2.1 on
2.6 kernal. i have added user in sip_buddies and
followed
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+RealTime+Sip

but my ip phone is not registring properly.
asterisk is just sending SIP/2.0 404 Not found. i
think it must check DB table for User to register.

any idea why this is happening!

need more info,

on cli, type
realtime mysql status

realtime load sipusers name sipname

where sipusers is the family name, name is a column , and sipname is a 
value to match to.
