asterisk users - Feb 2006 - MixMonitor & ControlPlayback of g729 files

Hi 

Should Mixmonitor & ControlPlayback suppport file recordings in g279 format
(I have enough
licenses).

call is alaw to alaw but would like to store the calls in g729 format instead of
gsm.

how can i set-up that when i start the Console i dont have to type everytime
"set verbose 99" "sip debug" "oh323 debug toggle".
In a config file or maybe
startup parameters?
