When joining a queue where all agents are busy/DND (and the bad agents haven?t logged out), this behavior occurs: -- Called SIP/wes -- Called SIP/matt -- Got SIP response 486 "Busy" back from 192.168.0.40 -- SIP/matt-d7a0 is busy -- Got SIP response 486 "Busy" back from 192.168.0.2 -- SIP/wes-15db is busy -- Called SIP/wes -- Called SIP/matt -- Got SIP response 486 "Busy" back from 192.168.0.40 -- SIP/matt-c8af is busy (repeatedly again and again). The caller will just sit and listen to the hold music until the queue times out. Is there anyway to make the Queue realize that all agents are busy and continue to the next priority immediately? Limiting the queue size wouldn?t help, since it?s dynamic. Thanks :-) Wes Baehr -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
