asterisk users - Jun 2005 - FW: ZAP to SIP Dial Plan

Hi,

I would like to setup Asterisk to route incoming calls to ZAP on my TDM400P
to SIP phones. What is the best dial plan to use.
We are currently able to route outgoing calls to PSTN from SIP to ZAP.
