asterisk users - Mar 2005 - Transferring a Call out...Please help!

I need to transfer a call that's in the IVR out to an external number. The
call comes in on a POTS line and connects to an X100P. The line has 3way
calling available and i also have another pots line and a second x100p
available. Any help in the would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
