asterisk users - Feb 2005 - AreskiCC - pass card number?

Does AreskiCC allow the card number to be passed from the dialplan, like
ASTCC does?

Yes!
You can use SetAccount(cardnumber) before the DeadAGI or you 
can also define the accountcode = cardnumber into the sip.conf or
iax.conf.
